Legal framework
Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data governs the collection, processing, and retention of personal data in Algeria. FAAPAC applies these principles across its entire site.
Principles applied
Collection limited to strictly necessary data, clear information on the purpose of each form, limited retention period, and data security (restricted access, encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connection).
Forms concerned
This policy applies to data entered via the contact form, the volunteer application form, and the donation pledge form.
Exercising your rights
In accordance with Law 18-07, you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data held by FAAPAC by writing to federation.cancer@gmail.com.
