Guidance through the care pathway
Help understanding the diagnosis, treatments and administrative steps, and referral to the right medical contacts.
Transport and accommodation assistance
Support for travel to care centers and accommodation solutions for patients coming from other provinces.
Material and social support
Occasional assistance to access treatments, prosthetics and medical devices, in coordination with social services.
Support for caregivers and families
Listening and advice for relatives and caregivers, often on the front line facing a loved one's illness.
Peer support groups
Meetings between patients and survivors to share experiences, practical advice and hope.
