Pink October: breast cancer screening awareness month

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Algeria. When detected early, it is curable in the vast majority of cases. For Pink October, FAAPAC and its member associations organize awareness activities across the country to encourage women to practice self-examination and attend regular screenings.
